Back to running! (week 1)

I just signed up for the Rock N' Roll half marathon in Tempe, AZ. I have exactly 17 weeks to train, I'm really excited to train again...My friend Lindsey is running with me and
here is our training schedule this week-
WEEK 1 of 17
Monday- 3 mile run (outside)
Tues.- 2 mile run (outside)
Wed.- 3 mile run on dirt roads.
Thurs.- Strength Training at the gym
Fri.-Cross Training (Swimming, Cycling, Walking)
Sat.- Long Run 4 miles (outside)
Sun. - Rest

I'm Back!

Thanks Jessica for motivating me... to continue to Blog:)
Life has been really crazy lately, I hurt my ankle so I haven't
been running. I ran once last week (4 miles) and my ankles felt
fine.
